Returns & exchanges
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with its tags attached and it must be unworn, unwashed, and unstained. Items purchased with Klarna may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Item must be unopened to qualify.

How to return 
To return your product, you should first book it by contacting customer support to arrange the return shipment. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If you are approved, then your request will be processed.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items and items bought in a promotion cannot be exchanged.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A registered and trackable shipping method must be used for returned items.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified in any way, for any reason once they are placed. This includes changing or removing ordered items, changing the shipping method, or canceling the entire order. Items may only be exchanged once received in accordance with the above policy.
